DSC OPERATION 7 D Receiving a Distress Relay Acknowledgement When a Distress Relay Acknowledgement is received: ➥ The emergency alarm sounds for 2 minutes. ➥ "RCVD DTRS RELAY ACK" appears and the LCD back- light blinks. q P ush [ALARM OFF] to stop the alarm and the blinking backlight. • Even if you do not push [ALARM OFF], the alarm stops after 2 minutes, and then the screen in step w is displayed. w P ush a softkey to select your desired action. 1 [IGN] ➥ Push to return to the normal operating mode. 2 • The transceiver exits the DSC mode. • By pushing [PTT], the transceiver also exits the DSC mode. 3 • T he " " icon continues to blink and the Call is stored in the 4 Received Call Log. 5 [INFO] 6 ➥ Push to display the Received call information.
