Receiving Radio Broadcasts This section explains how to listen to the FM/AM radio and set radio stations. Listening to FM/AM Radio Simply pressing the [TUNER/band] key turns on the system and allows you to listen to the radio. 1 Select a reception mode. Press the [TUNER/band] key. The mode changes as shown below each time you press the key. FM (Stereo) FM (Monaural) AM "ST." is displayed while a stereo broadcast is being received in FM (Stereo) reception mode. 2 Select a station. Choosing from preset stations (Preset Call) Select a preset station. You need to preset stations before you can perform these operations. (Page 44) Selection with the [P.CALL] keys Each press of the [] key cycles sequentially through the preset stations. Holding down the [] key will scan sequentially through the preset stations at a 5-second interval. Selecting a preset station with the number keys To select station P17, press the [1] key, press the [7] key, and then press the [ENTER] key.
