Setting the System Clock Set the system clock to the correct time. If the system clock time setting is not correct, the Program Timer will not start playback at the correct time. 68 C-707I 1 Press the [TIMER] key. Press the [] key. Press the [ENTER] key. The current time will appear if clock settings are already configured. Press the [ENTER] key and advance to step 2. 2 Set the day of the week. Use the [] keys to set the day of the week. Press the [ENTER] key. 3 Select the timekeeping format. Press the [] key. 12-hour format Midnight and noon displayed as "12:00". Press the [ENTER] key. 12-hour format Midnight and noon displayed as "0:00". 24-hour format 4 Set the time. Use the [] keys to set the hour. Press the [ENTER] key. Use the [] keys to set the minutes. Press the [ENTER] key. The currently set day of the week and time are displayed. If you make a mistake, repeat the procedure from the beginning. If there is a power failure or if the system is unplugged from the wall outlet for some time, you must reset the system clock time. Pressing the [DISPLAY] key while the system is in the Standby mode (OFF) will display the time for 5 seconds.
