Shape into 2 loaves, and place in greased 8 1⁄2x 4 1⁄2x 21⁄2-inch loaf pans. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in size, about 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 375° F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until loaves are deep golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. Remove loaves from pans immediately. Cool on rack. Yield: 24 servings (12 slices per loaf).
