Chapter 10 Picture Storage Capacities Picture Cards are available in many different sizes, or storage capacities. The table below indicates how many pictures, using typical file sizes, can be stored on different size Picture Cards or in the camera's internal memory. Picture file sizes can vary. You may be able to store more or fewer pictures. This allows you to use the Picture Card in different cameras. If you use a card reader to retrieve your files or you cannot locate them using the software, the following description of the Picture Card file structure may be helpful.
