It's not available to use Phase, Clock function in COMPONENT (480i/480p/576i/576p/720p/1080i/1080p), HDMI (480p/576p/720p/1080i/1080p). Clock This function is to minimize any vertical bars or stripes visible on the screen background the horizontal screen size will also change. Phase This function allows you to remove any horizontal noise and clear or sharpen the image of characters.
