User Permissions Commands Each user is a member of a group (default users, power users, administrators) and has a set of user rights associated with the group. Additional user rights which are not defined by the group may also be granted to them using the 'permissions' parameter. The parameters is a comma-separated list of user rights to be added to or removed from current permissions. Precede the two-letter acronym with a '-' to remove a user right. For example, "nt,dt,-wb" adds Networking and Date/Time rights and removes Web Access rights. The following parameters assign user rights: nt - configure Networking dp - configure Device Ports sv - configure Services do - Device Port operations dt - configure Date/Time pc - configure PC Cards lu - configure Local Users um - configure User Menus ra - configure Remote Authentication methods dr - view Diagnostics & Reports rs - Reboot or Shutdown the SLC wb - Web Access fc - manage Firmware and Configurations sn - configure Secure Lantronix Network ad - full Administrative rights sk - configure SSH Keys po - configure Power Outlets ub - configure USB Note: For remote authentication methods, there is one group and set of user rights defined for all users who login via a remote authentication method. User Permissions Commands
