The printer performs a power‑on sequence, and then the Configuration menu appears. 3 From the list, select Restore Factory Defaults > Erase Printer Memory. While clearing the settings, the "Restoring Factory Defaults" message appears on the display, and then the device reboots to the initial setup wizard screen. Turn off the device to restore factory settings completely. This feature erases all device settings stored in NVRAM, including network, security, and application settings, and all pending jobs. Installed applications and settings are also removed. If there is no hard disk installed, then pending fax data are also removed.
