Using printer menus Menu selection Parallel Mode 2 Mac Binary PS Purpose Values Determines whether the parallel port On* data is sampled on the leading or trailing edge of strobe. Note: Changing this menu item automatically resets the printer. Serial <x>
Use this menu selection to change printer settings affecting jobs sent to the printer through an optional serial port.
Parallel Mode 2
Determines whether the parallel port
data is sampled on the leading or trailing
edge of strobe.
On*
Samples parallel port data on the leading

Samples parallel port data on the trailing
edge of strobe.
Mac Binary PS
Configures the printer to process
Macintosh binary PostScript print jobs.
