Note 2: The DISCINTV value and IPDS Timeout value are not compatible. The printer will remain busy after the IPDS job has completed. Jobs from other IPDS sessions and non-IPDS jobs waiting on other ports will not print. Note 3: This DISCINTV value is not recommended when the IPDS Timeout is set to a specific value. If used, the difference between the two timers should be a minimum of 30 seconds. Note 4: An IPDS Timeout value of 15 sec or 30 sec is recommended. This allows 15 or 30 seconds for the host to send another job before the printer times out and starts printing jobs waiting on other ports. 51

Note 1:
The number of seconds should be greater than or equal to 15 seconds.
Note 2:
The DISCINTV value and IPDS Timeout value are not compatible.
The printer will remain busy after
the IPDS job has completed.
Jobs from other IPDS sessions and non-IPDS jobs waiting on other ports
will not print.
