Troubleshooting 271 Close left side door Close the left side door of the printer. Close [tray] door Close the specified tray door. Close finisher side door Close the side door of the finisher. Close finisher top cover Close the top cover of the finisher. Close front door Close the front door of the printer. Close top access cover Close the specified door or cover. Disk corrupted The printer attempted a hard disk recovery on a corrupted hard disk, and the hard disk cannot be repaired. The hard disk must be reformatted. Touch Format disk to reformat the printer hard disk and clear the message. Note: Formatting deletes all the files stored on the printer hard disk. Disk near full. Securely clearing disk space. Try one or more of the following: • Touch Continue to clear the message and continue printing. • Delete fonts, macros, and other data stored on the printer hard disk. • Install a hard disk with higher capacity. Disk problem The printer hard disk must be reformatted. Touch Format disk to reformat the printer hard disk and clear the message. Note: Formatting deletes all the files stored on the printer hard disk.
