When the item is set to [Yes], the system will reset ESCD NVRAM right after the system is booted up and then set the setting of the item back to [No] automatically. Settings: [Yes], [No]. Large Disk Access Mode Select [DOS] if you have DOS. Select [Other] if you have another operating system such as UNIX. A large disk is one that has more than 1024 cylinders, more than 16 heads, or more than 63 tracks per sector. Options: [DOS], [Other]. Parallel ATA The chipset contains a PCI IDE interface that supports two IDE channels: Primary (IRQ 14) and Secondary (IRQ 15). Each channel supports two IDE devices, so the system is capable of supporting a total of four IDE devices. Reset Configuration Data
The ESCD (Extended System Configuration Data) NVRAM (Non-volatile Random Access
Memory) is where the BIOS stores resource information for both PNP and non-PNP
devices in a bit string format. When the item is set to [Yes], the system will reset ESCD
NVRAM right after the system is booted up and then set the setting of the item back to
[No] automatically. Settings: [Yes], [No].
Large Disk Access Mode
Select [DOS] if you have DOS. Select [Other] if you have another operating system
