BIOS Setup View DMI Event Log Press [Enter] to view the contents of the DMI event log. Event Logging This setting disables/enables the BIOS to log DMI (Desktop Management Interface) events. Setting options: [Disabled], [Enabled]. ECC Event Logging This setting disables/enables the BIOS to log ECC (Error Checking & Correcting) events. Setting options: [Disabled], [Enabled]. Mark DMI Events as Read Press [Enter] and a screen pops up, asking users to confirm whether or not to clear all DMI event logs immediately. Press [Y] and [Enter], the BIOS will clear all DMI event logs right away. Clear All DMI Event Logs When this setting is set to [Yes], the DMI event log will be cleared at next POST stage. Then, the BIOS will automatically set this option to [No]. Setting options: [Yes], [No]. ASF Configuration This submenu specifies the ASF configuration. ASF Configuration BIOS Boot Timeout: [0] OS Boot Timeout: [0] Power-on Wait Time: [60] Minimum WatchDog Timeout: [60] BIOS Boot Timeout This setting specifies the time period for BIOS to boot before the system is reset. OS Boot Timeout This setting specifies the time period for OS to boot before the system is reset. Power-On Wait Time This setting specifies the maximum amount of time for Alert Sending Device (ASD) to establish connection with its transport media. Minimum WatchDog Timeout This setting specifies the minimum time period for BIOS to stop the WatchDog Timer after a reset has occurred. 3-15
