User Activity Email Protection Administrator Guide The following table lists the report items in the report. Report Item Description Top Inbound Users area Email Addresses The recipient email addresses that received the most inbound email, in order of volume. Messages The total number of emails received by each email address. Size The size of the largest email, including attachments, received by each email address. Top Outbound Users area Email Addresses The sender email addresses that sent the most outbound email, in order of volume. Messages The total number of emails sent by each email address.
