Learning to Use Your Phone Find the Feature M > Settings > Security > New Passwords Locking and Unlocking Your Keypad You can lock your keypad so that accidental key presses have no effect. You can make emergency calls on your phone even when the keypad is locked (see page 64). Press M* to lock the keypad. Your phone displays Keypad Locked. Press M* again to unlock the keypad. Locking and Unlocking Your Phone You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to lock automatically whenever you turn it off. To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock code.
