Annotating Photographs and Recordings When playing back a single image or recording, you can annotate it by adding a memo or, if the item already contains a memo, you can make additions to an existing annotation. To add a memo to a photograph or recording, first play it back in the main window as described in Playing Back a Single Image or Recording. With the image or recording displayed, touch the main window once with the tip of the stylus to bring up the color palette. Color palette You can now create a memo as described in "Creating Your First Memo." After you have saved your work and touched the MENU key to return to the playback list, notice the addition of a memo indicator (s) to the item's entry in the list. To make additions to an existing memo, first play it back as described in "Playing Back a Single Image or Recording" and then touch the main window once to bring up the color palette. You may then add to the image using the stylus to draw in the main window as described in "Creating Your First Memo." When you have finished, touch the MENU key to return to the playback list. Annotating Photographs and Recordings
When playing back a single image or recording, you can annotate it by
adding a memo or, if the item already contains a memo, you can make
additions to an existing annotation.
To add a memo to a photograph or
recording, first play it back in the main window as described in
Playing
Back a Single Image or Recording
.
With the image or recording displayed,
touch the main window once with the tip of the stylus to bring up the color
palette.

You can now create a memo as described in “
Creating Your First Memo
.”
After you have saved your work and touched the
MENU
key to return to
the playback list, notice the addition of a memo indicator (
) to the item’s
