Quick start guide Tip: If you have not configured your mailbox, press the e-mail key to start the E-mail wizard. If your device contains additional e-mail clients, those are offered to you when you start the E-mail wizard. Antennas Your device may have internal and external antennas. As with any radio transmitting device, avoid touching the antenna area unnecessarily while the antenna is transmitting or receiving. Contact with such an antenna affects the communication quality and may cause the device to operate at a higher power level than otherwise needed and may reduce the battery life. Nokia PC Suite Nokia PC Suite is a set of applications that you can install to a compatible PC. Nokia PC Suite groups all available applications in a launcher window from which you can run the applications. You can install Nokia PC Suite from the memory card in your device. You can use Nokia PC Suite to synchronise contacts, calendar, and to-do and other notes between your device and a compatible PC application, such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. You can also use Nokia PC Suite to bookmark between your device and compatible browsers, and transfer images and video clips between your device and compatible PCs. Note: Pay attention to synchronisation settings. Data deletion as part of normal synchronisation process is determined by the settings selected. To use Nokia PC Suite, you need a PC that runs Microsoft Windows XP (SP1 or SP2) or Windows Vista, and is compatible with a USB data cable or with Bluetooth connectivity. Nokia PC Suite does not work with Macintosh. For further information on Nokia PC Suite, see its help function or the Nokia website. To install Nokia PC Suite: 1. Ensure the memory card is inserted in your Nokia E75. 2. Connect the USB cable. Your PC recognises the new device and installs the necessary drivers. This can take several minutes to complete. 3.
