3 OVERVIEW OF e-Filing WEB UTILITY Before Using the e-Filing Web Utility Before using the e-Filing web utility, check the following items on your computer. P.34 "System requirements" System requirements The e-Filing web utility works with the following browsers for the Microsoft Windows operating system: y Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later (Internet Explorer 7.0 or later when IPv6 is used) y Firefox 3.5 or later y The minimum display resolution required for these browsers is 800 x 600. y When using Internet Explorer, the Privacy setting must be set to Medium on the browser. Do not set Block All Cookies or High for the Privacy function. For instructions on the Privacy setting, see the following procedure. y Disable the popup block function of the Web browser. For instructions on how to set the popup block function, refer to the HELP for the Web browser you are using. e-Filing does not support access from Safari. How to set the privacy settings in Internet Explorer When you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that the Privacy setting is correct as follows. 1 Launch Internet Explorer and select [Internet Options] in the [Tools] menu. The [Internet Options] dialog box appears. 2 Display the [Privacy] tab and move the slider to "Medium" and click [OK]. The Privacy setting is saved. 34 Before Using the e-Filing Web Utility

Before Using the e-Filing Web Utility
Before using the e-Filing web utility, check the following items on your computer.

System requirements
The e-Filing web utility works with the following browsers for the Microsoft Windows operating system:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later (Internet Explorer 7.0 or later when IPv6 is used)
Firefox 3.5 or later
The minimum display resolution required for these browsers is 800 x 600.
When using Internet Explorer, the Privacy setting must be set to Medium on the browser. Do not set Block All Cookies
or High for the Privacy function. For instructions on the Privacy setting, see the following procedure.
Disable the popup block function of the Web browser. For instructions on how to set the popup block function, refer to
the HELP for the Web browser you are using.
e-Filing does not support access from Safari.
How to set the privacy settings in Internet Explorer
When you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that the Privacy setting is correct as follows.

Launch Internet Explorer and select [Internet Options] in the [Tools] menu.
The [Internet Options] dialog box appears.

Display the [Privacy] tab and move the slider to “Medium” and click [OK].
The Privacy setting is saved.
