Install paper (p. 15). qRecording paper is not fed into the unit properly. Reinstall paper (p. 15). qA recording paper jam occurred. Clear the jammed paper (p. 78). qThe unit is warming up. Wait for a while. qThe other party's fax machine is busy or has run out of recording paper. Try again. qThe document is jammed. Remove the jammed document (p. 80). qAttempted to transmit a document longer than 600 mm. Press STOP to remove the document. REDIAL TIME OUT
●
The toner cartridge is empty. Replace the toner cartridge (p. 76).
TONER EMPTY
●
A transmission error occurred. Try again.
TRANSMIT ERROR
●
The remaining toner is low. Replace the toner cartridge as soon
as possible (p. 76). We recommend you replace the drum unit
every third time you replace the toner cartridge. To check the
drum life and quality, please print the printer test list (p. 84).
