4. OPERATING 38-90 mm ZOOM LENS • O L=I O OCuS MOVE A When you press the zooming button ( Q I, the lens frames the subject more closely, moving towards the 90mm telephoto setting. When you press the zooming button ( ), the lens moves towards the wider-angle 38mm setting. When the lens zooms to the desired setting, release the zooming button and press the shutter release button all the way down to take pictures. Note: • When you press either zooming button, the lens focal length is displayed on the LCD panel. The lens focal length is also displayed when the shutter release button is pressed halfway down.lThe 8 shutter cannot be released when zooming.)
