ENGLISH Hypertext With hypertext you can quickly jump to a pagenumber or search for a specific word shown on the current teletext page. 1 Press the ok key to highlight the first word or a number on the page. 2 Press the o or œ, p or π key to select any other word or number you want to search for. 3 Press the OK key to confirm. The search starts. A message appears at the bottom of the screen to indicate the searching, or that the word or page is not found. 4 Press the o key until the top of the page to exit hypertext. Enlarge a Teletext page 1 Press the key on the remote control repeatedly to display the upper teletext part, the lower teletext part and then to return to the normal teletext page size. Teletext menu The Teletext menu offers various functions to control teletext. Reveal Reveals/conceals hidden information on a page, such as solutions to riddles and puzzles. Cycle subpages (if subpages are available) Makes the subpages cycle automatically. 1 Press the ok key to activate and to deactivate again. Language If the displayed characters on screen do not correspond with the characters used by the teletext broadcaster, you can change the language group here. 1 Select Group I or Group II with the ok key. Digital text (only for UK) Some digital channels offer dedicated digital text services (for example BBCi). 1 Press b to switch Digital text on. Note UK only: Digital text is displayed when programmes are carrying digital text or interactive services. 1 Switch teletext on and press the key to activate the menu. 2 Press the o or œ key to select the menu items. 3 Press the ok key to activate. 4 Press the key to leave the teletext menu. II • To use the digital text, follow the instructions on screen. • Depending on the service, you may be asked to use the o or œ, p or π keys, the OK key, the coloured keys, the teletext key and sometimes the digit keys. 2 When you have finished watching teletext, select a different channel with the -p+ keys or follow the instructions on screen to return to picture. 3 Press ‡ to cancel digital text or interactive services. 41
