Using Other Functions Remote Back Light When you press any button on the remote all the buttons light for a few seconds. You can change the strength of this light here. The default backlighting mode is MID, MAX is the strongest. MID is slightly weaker. There's also the option to switch off backlighting altogether. This extends battery life considerably.
