When You Have Problems Operating the Machine Problem An error message is still displayed, even if misfed paper is removed. Causes Misfed paper in the finisher has not been removed. Solutions Open the front cover of the finisher, turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise, and then remove the misfed paper (Type 2 only).
