Section 4: Understanding Your Contacts Up to 1000 entries can be stored in Contacts. Each entry can have up to five associated phone numbers and one e-mail address. Each phone number can be up to 32 digits in length, including pauses, and associated names can be up to 32 characters in length. You can assign the Speed Dial numbers of your choice for each entry. Using Security settings, you can also set your Contacts list as Restricted to prevent unauthorized viewing. Finding a Contact Menu / Shortcut Key Method If you've stored a name entry in Contacts, Find allows you to find it quickly. 1. From a Home screen, touch ➔ Contact List. The Contacts List screen appears in the display with the search field highlighted and followed by the first few Contacts. 2. Enter the first few letters in the desired Contact's name. Matching Contacts appear below the search field. Browse Method 1. With the keypad closed, touch ➔ Contact List. The Contact List screen appears in the display showing Add New Contact followed by the first few Contacts. 2. Touch and hold the "A" arrow on the left side of the Contact List. Section 4: Understanding Your Contacts
Up to 1000 entries can be stored in Contacts. Each entry can have up
to five associated phone numbers and one e-mail address. Each
phone number can be up to 32 digits in length, including pauses, and
associated names can be up to 32 characters in length. You can
assign the Speed Dial numbers of your choice for each entry. Using
Security settings, you can also set your Contacts list as Restricted to

Finding a Contact
Menu / Shortcut Key Method
If you’ve stored a name entry in Contacts,
Find
allows you to find it
quickly.

Contact List
.
