Appendix Troubleshooting Before calling your dealer or service center for assistance, check the items below once again. - Make sure you have properly connected the projector to peripheral equipment as described on pages 16-18. - Make sure all equipment is connected to AC outlet and the power is turned on. - When the projector does not project an image from the connected computer, restart the computer. Power Opening display Problem Solutions No power q Plug the power cord of the projector into the AC outlet. q See if the POWER indicator lights red. q Wait until the POWER indicator stops blinking to turn on the projector again. The projector can be turned on after the POWER indicator turns red. q Check the WARNING indicator. If the WARNING TEMP. indicator lights red, projector can not be turned on. q Check the projection lamp. q Unlock the Key lock function for the projector. See your computer's instruction manual for the setting. q It takes about 30 seconds to display an image after turning on the projector. q Check the Input signal, color system, video system or computer system mode. q Make sure the temperature is not out of the specified Operating Temperature (41˚F-95˚F [5˚C-40˚C]). q When No Show is operating, the image can not be displayed. Press the NO SHOW button or any other button on the remote control. Image is Left/Right reversed. q Check the Ceiling/Rear function. Image is Top/Bottom reversed. q Check the Ceiling function.
