Other Fax Transmission Settings Automatic redialing after a line error If you use Direct Keypad Dialing, Speed Dialing or Search Dialing to send a fax and a line error occurs during the transmission, the machine will automatically redial the number and attempt to complete the transmission. Retransmission will begin from the page which was being transmitted when the error occurred. If you use Direct Keypad Dialing, Speed Dialing or Search Dialing to send a
fax and a line error occurs during the transmission, the machine will
automatically redial the number and attempt to complete the transmission.

the error occurred. The machine will make one attempt at retransmission after
an interval of two minutes.
