Use the Remote Commander for this operation. Use this function to check where indexes are marked or to edit the tape at each sequence where the index is marked. Searching for the index point using cassette memory Before operation • Youcanusethisfunctiononlywhenplayingbackatapewithcassettememory. •SetCMSEARCHin toONinthemenusettings.ThedefaultsettingisON. (1) SetthePOWERswitchtoVCR. (2) PressSEARCHMODEontheRemoteCommanderrepeatedlyuntiltheINDEX SEARCH indicator appears.
