Recording a picture (p. 25) 1 Remove the lens cap. POWER 2 SetthePOWER switch to CAMERA while pressing the small green button. OFF (CHG) VCR MEMORY CAMERA 3 Press OPEN to open the LCD panel. The picture appears on the screen. 4 PressSTART/STOP. POWER VCR Your camcorder OFF (CHG) starts recording. To MEMORY CAMERA stop recording, press START/STOP again. Viewfinder When the LCD panel is closed, use the viewfinder with your eye against the eyecup. Adjust the viewfinder lens to your eyesight (p. 29). When you purchase your camcorder, the clock setting is set to off. If you want to record the date and time for a picture, set the clock setting before recording (p. 20). The picture appears

Press START/STOP.
Your camcorder
starts recording. To
stop recording, press
START/STOP again.
