Copy cannot be done correctly using the A/V connecting cable (sold separately). • The A/V connecting cable (sold separately) is not connected properly. Make sure that the A/V connecting cable (sold separately) is connected to the input jack of the device. Sound cannot be added after recording. • You cannot add sound after recording on your camcorder. Copy cannot be done correctly using the HDMI cable. • You cannot copy movies using the HDMI cable. Cannot divide movies. • The following types of movie cannot be divided. - Movies with a very short recording duration. - XAVC QFHD, XAVC HD, and MPEG HD movies • Cancel file protection and then try to divide. Connecting to a computer The computer does not recognize the camcorder. • Disconnect the cable from the computer, then connect it again securely. • Disconnect the cable from your computer and camcorder. Reboot your computer, and connect your computer and camcorder following the steps in the correct order. Movies cannot be viewed or copied to the computer. • Disconnect the cable from the computer, then connect it again. • Software must be installed to copy movies to your computer (p. 20). 152
