It is the maximum number of the TC-BPDUs received by the switch in a TC Protect Cycle. The default value is 20. TC Protect Cycle: Enter a value from 1 to 10 to specify the TC Protect Cycle. The default value is 5. 7.5 Application Example for STP Function ¾ Network Requirements z Switch A, B, C, D and E all support MSTP function. z A is the central switch. z B and C are switches in the convergence layer.
