Remove the 3/8" THREADED KNOBS (113) and the CYLINDER MOUNTING BRACKETS (47) from the Stepper Pedals. Assemble a S-HOOK (96) into the WEIGHT ASSIST DIP STATION BRACKET (145) and assemble the bolts in the Bracket into a set ofresistance holes in the STEPPER PEDALS (44). Secure in place by assembling the 3/8" THREADED KNOBS (113) onto the bolts. NOTE: The farther out on the Stepper Pedals you set the Weight Assist Dip Station Bracket, the more "Weight Lift" you will receive.
