Panel Display Indications The PSR-550 features a large multi-function display that shows all important settings for the instrument. This backlit LCD also changes color depending on the selected mode, making operation even easier and more intuitive. For details about the LCD's Backlight mode, see page 122. It also displays the relevant messages for the current operation. See the "Basic Operation" section (page 17) for details on the menu/message display. w Menu indication This indicates the items shown in the menu display, and the button to be pressed. The PSR-550 features a large multi-function display that shows all important settings for the instrument.
This backlit LCD also changes color depending on the selected mode, making operation even easier and
more intuitive.

The section below briefly explains the various icons and indications in the display.

Menu/message display
This shows the menu for each function of the PSR-550.
It also displays the relevant messages for the current
operation.
See the “Basic Operation” section (page 17) for details

This indicates the items shown in the menu display, and
the button to be pressed.
