CHAPTER 32 E-mail Notification 32.1 E-mail Notification Overview A mail server is an application or a computer that can receive, forward and deliver e-mail messages. To have the Zyxel Device send reports, logs or notifications via e-mail, you must specify an e-mail server and the e-mail addresses of the sender and receiver. 32.2 E-mail Notification Settings Click Maintenance > E-mail Notification to open the E-mail Notification screen. Use this screen to view, remove and add e-mail account information on the Zyxel Device. This account can be set to receive email notifications for logs. Note: The default port number of the mail server is 25. Figure 161 Maintenance > E-mail Notification The following table describes the labels in this screen.
