CHAPTER 11 MON Profile 11.1 Overview This screen allows you to set up monitor mode configurations that allow your NWA/WAC to scan for other wireless devices in the vicinity. Once detected, you can use the Wireless > MON Mode screen (Section 7.3 on page 88) to classify them as either rogue or friendly. Not all NWA/WACs support monitor mode and rogue APs detection. 11.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter The MON Profile screen (Section 11.2 on page 126) creates preset monitor mode configurations that can be used by the NWA/WAC. 11.2 MON Profile This screen allows you to create monitor mode configurations that can be used by the APs. To access this screen, log into the Web Configurator, and click Configuration > Object > MON Profile. Overview
This screen allows you to set up monitor mode configurations that allow your NWA/WAC to scan for
other wireless devices in the vicinity. Once detected, you can use the
