If the Zyxel Device is being managed or has been managed by the NCC, check the NCC's Site-Wide > Configure > General settings screen for the Zyxel Device's current password. 5 Select the language you prefer for the Web Configurator. Click Login. 6 The wizard screen opens when the Zyxel Device is accessed for the first time or when you reset the Zyxel Device to its default factory settings. 7 If you logged in using the default user name and password, the Update Admin Info screen appears.
