Customer Assistancefor the Hearing or Speech Impaired(TDD) To assist customers who have hearing difficulties, Chevrolet has installed special TDD (Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf) equipment at its Customer Assistance Center. Any hearing or speech impaired customer who has access to a TDD or conventional teletypewriter (TTY) can a communicate with Chevrolet by dialing: 1-800-TDD-CHEV (1-800-833-2438).
