LIC2255 LIC2676 LIC2219 SPEEDOMETER AND ODOMETER Speedometer The speedometer indicates vehicle speed. Changing the display: 3 switch on the instruPush the TRIP RESET ᭺ ment panel to change the display as follows: TACHOMETER The tachometer indicates engine speed in revolutions per minute (rpm). Do not rev engine into 1 . the red zone ᭺ Odometer/Twin trip odometer 1 and the twin trip odometer ᭺ 2 The odometer ᭺ are displayed below the Vehicle Information Display when the ignition switch is placed in the ON position. Trip → Trip → Trip Resetting the trip odometer: 3 for more Pushing the TRIP RESET switch ᭺ than 1 second resets the currently displayed trip odometer to zero. CAUTION When engine speed approaches the red zone, reduce engine speed. Operating the engine in the red zone may cause serious engine damage. The odometer records the total distance the vehicle has been driven. The twin trip odometer records the distance of individual trips. 2-4 Instruments and controls
