The lower portion of the computer can accommodate up to three 1.0-inch and 1.6-inch SCSI and ATA internal storage devices. Important Before installing an internal storage device, read "About Internal Storage Options" on page 27 and follow the steps in "Opening the Computer" on page 32. If you want to add a SCSI drive to a computer, you must first install an appropriate PCI card. Installing a Hard Disk or Other Internal Storage Device
The lower drive bay in the drive carrier at the top of your Macintosh can accommodate an
internal Zip drive, if one did not come installed in the computer. The lower portion of the
computer can accommodate up to three 1.0-inch and 1.6-inch SCSI and ATA internal storage
devices.
If you want to add a SCSI drive to a computer, you must first install an appropriate PCI card.
