4.17 Find the Cordless Handset Using a cordless handset: If you have more than one cordless handset registered to the base, press and select the handset number to call the other handset, or press 9 to call all registered handsets. Note: If there is an incoming call during the intercom calling, the phone will ring with the incoming call instead of the intercom. Using the corded base: You can locate any cordless handsets by paging from the base unit: 1. In idle mode, press and to select PAGE ALL HS. 2. Press . "PAGING" will flash on the base screen. All handsets registered to the base will produce the paging tone and "PAGING" flashes on the screen. You can stop the paging by pressing / / on any handset or on the base to stop paging. 4.18 Make an Internal Call This feature allows you to make internal calls, transfer external calls and make conference calls. If the called base or handset is not answered within 60 seconds, the called base or handset will stop ringing and the calling one will return to standby mode. (Or after 100 seconds if calling from the base.) 4.18.1 Intercom Using a cordless handset: 1. In idle mode, press and all the other registered handset numbers will display, along with a "7" and a "9". 2. Enter < 7 > to call the base or enter the number of the handset that you want to call, or enter "9" to call all handsets and the base. 3. The called base rings and the corded handset must be lifted off the base to establish the internal call.�� OR 3. The called handset rings and must be pressed on that handset to establish the intercom call. Note: If only one handset is registered to the base station, pressing will call the base immediately. Note: If there is an external call while you are on an intercom call, you'll hear warning beeps, and you have to end the intercom call, before you can answer the external call. 27

Find the Cordless Handset
You can locate any cordless handsets by paging from the base unit:
1.
In idle mode, press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select
PAGE ALL HS

Press <MENU/OK>. "

" will flash on the base screen.
All handsets registered to the base will produce the paging tone and
