Accessing the Printer Properties Dialog Box The printer properties dialog box of the printer driver contains many settings that enable you to set up and control your printer. The available settings vary depending on how you access the printer properties dialog box. To access the printer properties dialog box, follow the procedure below for your version of Windows.
