Accessing the Printing Preferences Dialog Box from the Printers Folder If you access the printing preferences dialog box from the [Printers] folder, you can specify the default printer driver settings for every print job. NOTE To access the printing preferences dialog box from the [Printers] folder, you need to be assigned Full Control Permission for the printer.
