Restricting Access to Destinations This section describes settings to restrict the transmission, including the restriction on specifying destinations using - (numeric keys), and restrictions on transmissions from the fax driver. Restricting the New Addresses This mode enables you to restrict the entering of new destinations. When you set New Addresses to 'On', the following are restricted: • Specifying a destination using - (numeric keys). 5 • Registering new destinations with New Address on the Send Basic Features screen. NOTE The default setting is 'Off'. System Manager Settings 1 Press (Additional Functions) ➞ [System Settings]. If necessary, see the screen shot in step 1 of "Specifying the System Manager Settings," on p. 5-2. If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System Password using - (numeric keys) ➞ press (Log In/Out). 5-34 Restricting Access to Destinations
