What Are Additional Functions? Additional Functions enable you to customize the machine's various settings. IMPORTANT • When User ID Management is set to 'On', users whose user type is registered as "User" (end user) cannot change the System Manager Settings even if there are no System Manager ID and System Password set. 3 • If User ID Management is set to 'On', users whose user type is registered as "Administrator" can change the System Manager Settings by entering the System Manager ID and System Password, or registering the System Manager ID and System Password as their user information in advance. NOTE Settings specified from the Additional Functions screen are never changed when you press (Reset). Customizing Settings Accessing the Additional Functions Screen 1 Press (Additional Functions).
