5. Half-press the shutter button. The camera will focus the image in accordance with your setting. • The shutter speed and aperture value on the monitor screen will turn orange when you half-press the shutter button if the image is over-exposed or under-exposed. 6. When the image is focused, press the shutter button the rest of the way to shoot. ■ Shooting with Manual Exposure Settings (M mode) The following shows the ranges for the shutter speed and aperture settings you can configure in the M mode. Shutter Speed Movement Slower 30 seconds Blurred Faster 1/2000 second Frozen Aperture (Zoom at full wide angle) Wider F2.8 Narrower F8.0* Focus range Narrow Wide * The camera has a built-in ND filter to limit exposure.
