www.dell.com | support.dell.com Parameters regular-expression [character] Enter a regular expression then use one or a combination of the following characters to match: • . = (period) any single character (including a white space) • * = (asterisk) the sequences in a pattern (0 or more sequences) • + = (plus) the sequences in a pattern (1 or more sequences) • ? = (question mark) sequences in a pattern (either 0 or 1 sequences). You must enter an escape sequence (CTRL+v) prior to entering the ? regular expression. • [ ] = (brackets) a range of single-character patterns. • ^ = (caret) the beginning of the input string. If the caret is used at the beginning of a sequence or range, it matches on everything BUT the characters specified. • $ = (dollar sign) the end of the output string. Syntax timers bgp keepalive holdtimer To return to the default values, use the no timers bgp command. Parameters keepalive holdtimer Enter the time interval in seconds between which the E-Series sends keepalive messages. Range: 1 to 65535 Default: 60 seconds Enter the time interval in seconds which the E-Series waits since the last keepalive message before declaring a BGP peer dead.
