For the Auto Cutter Model 1 Cut the paper near the paper ejection slot. 5 Open the paper cover. Troubleshooting 2 Open the front cover. 6 Raise the release lever. 3 If there are ripped pieces of paper on the platen, remove them. 7 Pull the paper out from the paper feed slot. 4 If the print head is not on the far right, hold it down and move it to the far right. If there is jammed paper, remove it. 8 Lower the release lever. 9 Close the paper cover. 10 Close the front cover. 11 Press the Pause button. The paper jam error will be cleared. For the Auto Cutter Model

Cut the paper near the paper ejection slot.

Open the front cover.

If there are ripped pieces of paper on the
platen, remove them.

If the print head is not on the far right, hold it
down and move it to the far right.
If there is jammed paper, remove it.

Open the paper cover.

Raise the release lever.

Pull the paper out from the paper feed slot.

Lower the release lever.

Close the paper cover.

Close the front cover.

Press the Pause button.
