You must use the command line for this information. Diagnostics Online diagnostics A suite of offline and online support tools are available to enable manufacturing, field support personnel, and you to troubleshoot server blade issues. In general, if the operating system (HP-UX) is already running, it is best not to shut it down. Use online support tools such as cprop. The following HP-UX commands can be used to troubleshoot system issues: • cprop - list - Displays a list of all of the components on the system. # cprop -list STATUS | COMPONENT NAME No status | Software Bundles No status | Software Products Normal | Enclosure Information Normal | Cell Blade No status | System Summary No status | Complex Information Normal | Processors 66 Troubleshooting
