TX Timeout Set the Time-Out Timer function time to 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or OFF. If a continuous transmission exceeds the set time period, transmitting will be cut off. CW Break-in The CW Break-In function toggles transmit and receive with your CW keying. This allows you to mute receiving the time delay ends after you stop keying. Turn ON the CW Break-In function and set the delay to 0.5, 1, 2 or 3 seconds, or OFF. Tuner Turns the automatic antenna tuner ON or OFF. If you use an optional AT-140, AH-740 or AH-760, select "ON." OFF: The antenna tuner is disabled and is bypassed. ON: The automatic antenna tuner can be used when the transceiver enters the antenna tune mode. VFO mode Select ON or OFF to activate the VFO mode. VFO Split Turns the Split frequency operation in the VFO mode ON or OFF. Tuner
(Default: ON)
Turns the automatic antenna tuner ON or OFF.
If you use an optional AT-140, AH-740 or AH-760,
select “ON.”
OFF:
The antenna tuner is disabled and is by-
passed.
ON:
The automatic antenna tuner can be used
when the transceiver enters the antenna
tune mode.
VFO mode
(Default: ON)
Select ON or OFF to activate the VFO mode.
VFO Split
(Default: OFF)
Turns the Split frequency operation in the VFO mode
ON or OFF.
Split frequency operation allows you to transmit and
receive on two different frequencies between VFO A
and VFO B.
