4 FREQUENCY SETTING ■ Frequency setting Rotate the tuning dial to change the frequency. • The frequency changes in increments determined by the selected tuning step (see below). • When the lock function is activated ("LOCK" appears), the frequency cannot be changed via tuning dial. Push [TS] one or more times to select a quick tuning step. D Programmable tuning steps Programmable tuning steps are available to suit your operating requirements. These tuning steps are: • Independently selectable for each mode • Selectable from 0.1, 1, 5, 6.25, 9, 10, 12.5, 20, 25, 100 kHz q S elect the desired operating mode with [SSB], [CW/RTTY], [AM] or [FM].
