Removing an Intel® Compute Module To remove an Intel® Compute Module, follow these steps: 1. Review the safety and ESD information at the beginning of this manual and in the appendices. 2. If the compute module is operating, shut down the operating system and power it down. 3. Removing an Intel® Compute Module
To remove an Intel
®
Compute Module, follow these steps:
1.
Review the safety and ESD information at the beginning of this manual and in the
appendices.
2.
If the compute module is operating, shut down the operating system and power it
down.
3.
Open the two release handles at the front of the compute module (see letter “A” in
Figure 40
) and pull the compute module out of the server system (see letter “B” in
